SPRECHEN SIE DEUTSCH? ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ชโค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

Just recieved a few copies of a German translation of an extract from my memoir of early 90s West Cork, THE DEAD FRIENDSs included in a literary guide book just published in Germany, and which has already received a rave review in the Sรผddeutsche Zeitung Newspaper, the german equivalent to The Guardian.

Oh, and I’m in a book with Liam O Flaherty, perhaps the west of Irelands greatest ever English language writer, and a hero of mine. Heaney is there too, and Frank O Connorโ€ฆboth of whom I also love. Great contemporaries too – Evelyn Conlon, Kevin Barry, Jan Carson, my good friend Rob Doyleโ€ฆ

Anyway if you spekens de deutsch I have one hardback to giveaway – shout me at dlordan@hotmail.com

Anthology edited by Paul McVeigh, and trs by Hans Oeser.
