Performing my Lost Tribe of The Wicklow Mountains at the Frank Harte Traditional Singing Festival.

Christy Moore – Chief of All The Bards – second installment of the ongoing DeBarras Folk Club Oral History Project featuring the voices of musicians, crew, & audience.

Optimist of The Pessimists – a blackly comic thought-experiment riffing on climate/extinction denial. Published thanks to political editor Poet Kevin Higgins by the new experimental press Beir Bua.

Poetry & Climate Catastrophe – Poetry is the art that invented humans. The art humans invented to be able to remember who they were & why they were here. Its marginalization & fading away under capitalism & imperialism signifies our great unmooring, our great forgetting. It remains a reminder, if we want it, of all that we have already lost. What good is poetry in the face of collapse? What should poets do now, as the world falls apart?

The Only Hero In Town – A poem bearing witness to sadism in Clonakilty Boys National school in the 1980s and one adult in town who wouldn’t put up with it. Published by the admirable Survivors Trust

Skip/Repeat – urban horror story/black comedy about popes and skips.

Work is well underway alongside Karl Parkinson on our forthcoming joint collection Back To Normal, due out in Spring with Front Line Press
