The 32 is a new anthology dedicated to Irish Writers from a working class background. It’s long overdue – we have had hundreds of anthologies of writers dedicated to writers born with a silver spoon in their mouth! Edited by Paul McVeigh, I will be in it alongside Kevin Barry, June Caldwell, Roddy Doyle, Rick O Shea, Danielle McLaughlin & many more. It’s currently fundraising over at https://unbound.com/books/32/
Correspondences, edited by Jess Traynor & Stephen Rea is an anthology of Writing Against Direct Provision featuring a wide variety of contributors including Annemarie Ní Churreáin, Arnold Thomas Fanning, Evgeny Shtorn, & Claire Hennessy. Finally The Only Real Irish Poet in Dublin, my new audiobook soundtracked by Deise’s multimedia legend Derek Flynn will be released next weekend. It’s a story loosely based on the early days of irish spoken word and concerns a poet who goes missing somewhere between the International Bar and a cursed field in Roscommon. I have ten of these to giveaway to advance listeners – PM for yours!
